Multi Level Marketing: Why People Fail

The greatest achievement of the MLM business model is residual income.  This type of income is the type that allows you to retire at any age.  If you already in a MLM business then work harder, it's worth it.  If you are not then seriously take a look at this business model.  Take a look at the Midas Mentality to jumpstart your business and make more money than thought possible.

Why People Fail at Multi Level Marketing
By Santhi Rajendran

How many times has someone asked you to have a cup of coffee with them so they could chat to you about a unique business opportunity they have? Or how many times have you not wanted to meet up with friends because you know they're going to try again and again to sign you up to their business? Sound familiar?

I don't think I've met or talked to a single person who hasn't been approached before by some multi level marketing (MLM) company. Now I'm sure there are very successful and reputable MLM companies out there but the reputations of MLM companies are gradually being more and more tarnished. Simply because people try….and then they fail, vowing never to get involved again. Still sound familiar?

Well let me tell you why it is that most people who make an attempt at MLM companies actually fail!

MLM programs rely on getting people who have joined to go out and make a list of people they know and then hold home/hotel parties or set up meetings over coffee. The problem here is when you make your list of people, you're talking to all the wrong people. You're talking to people that aren't looking for a home business. Now wouldn't it make sense instead to use the internet so when someone types in the words "home business" they find you? These people are actually looking for a home business. So if you give them what they're looking for the chance of them actually joining your opportunity is far greater than if you talked to your neighbour about what you were doing. And what happens when you completely exhaust your contact list? What then? Door to door knocking? This is the point when most people decide to throw it in because they have no idea how to bring more people into their business. All you need to do at this point is utilise the awesome power of the internet. What if I could show you a system where you're taught step by step what and where to advertise online to ensure the people who are looking for a home business are seeing your website?

Another issue with MLM companies is that when someone joins they need to outlay a certain amount of money (usually a few hundred dollars) for products that most people don't need! And on top of that they need to keep purchasing these products to maintain their membership. So they're continually outlaying money and creating a stockpile of unwanted products. And the compensation plan for these types of business barely covers the costs. Say you sign someone up and the company rewards you $50. That's great! But that means you would have to sign up at least 20 people a month to even make $1000! Sounds like a lot of hard work to me! What if there was a company where you could make $1000 when 1 person signed up? Or $300 when one person signed up? Wouldn't it make sense to spend your time, money and effort on this company? If you signed 20 people up, you could make $20,000! Sounds like the better deal to me! The bottom line is it takes the same amount of time, effort and money to market and advertise anything. Wouldn't you rather market a company that gives you a bigger return on your time?

And finally we come to the issues of duplication and retention. You may be the friendliest person in the world who could sell ice to an eskimo. That's fantastic! I'm sure you'd do really well in whatever you do. But the problem is, only a handful of people are actually like this! Sure you can promise the people around you financial freedom and more time with their family. That's if they can just do exactly what you do. But if they can't duplicate what you do, they can't build the business like you do! And what happens to people who start an opportunity and find they're not successful? They drop out. And this has an immediate affect on your residual paycheck. So you would have to constantly be working and recruiting to advance or simply keep your checks consistent. But if other people in your team drop out or don't work….you don't get paid! Wouldn't it be better to have a business where you get paid 100% commissions instantly and you can offer a step by step guide so anyone, whether they are internet savvy or not, can duplicate the online marketing system? A system and guide that has been proven to work time and time again? A system that has turned average joes into money making machines within months?

So have I got you intrigued now? Are you sick of MLM and companies that fail? Well don't wait any longer. Check out this website http://www.internethomebiz.org and see for yourself how you can finally say goodbye to MLM and failure and succeed at making a lot of money online!
